You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you. You do not need to give a reason.
If you used Facebook or Instagram with OlaDigital
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find "OlaDigital Publicador" and press Remove.
- Tick the option to delete the activity or data, if shown, and confirm. Meta sends us the request and gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
By email (any data: website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Email hola@oladigital.cl with the subject "Data deletion".
- Include the detail that lets us find you: email, phone number, or Instagram or LinkedIn username.
- We confirm the deletion within 15 business days at most.
What is deleted
Your messages and contact details in our systems and internal notices, and any data received from Meta or LinkedIn linked to you. We only keep what the law requires us to (for example, tax records of a purchase), and we will tell you.
What is stored in your own browser (guided recipe progress) you can delete yourself by clearing the site data in your browser.
