Terms of service

• Free informational content: articles, the AI Cookbook and its guided recipes.
• The Master Cookbook, a monthly subscription with MCP access and extra content.
• Professional services (development, automation, AI infrastructure), which are also governed by the proposal or contract we sign with you.

Recipes and guides are for guidance. You decide whether to apply them in your business and you are responsible for checking results, backing up your data and complying with the terms of each tool or provider you use. Third-party prices and plans we mention may change without notice: confirm them on the provider's site.

You may use what you learn here in your own work. You may not bulk-copy or resell the site's content or present it as your own without permission.

• It is billed monthly in advance at the price published when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• The MCP access key is personal. If we detect it being shared or abused, we may suspend it.
• If the service fails because of us, you can ask for a proportional refund for the affected period. This does not limit your rights under Chilean Consumer Protection Law No. 19,496.

OlaDigital uses Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and LinkedIn to publish its own content and reply to messages. When you interact with us there, those platforms' terms also apply. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy and you can request its deletion at data deletion.

You may not use the site or its services for illegal activities, send spam, try to access restricted areas (such as the admin panel), overload the server, or scrape content in a way that affects its operation.

The OlaDigital brand, logo, mascot, texts, videos and site design belong to OlaDigital. Names and trademarks of third-party tools and projects belong to their owners and are mentioned for reference only. Code we develop for a client is governed by that client's contract.

We do our best to keep the site running and its content accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, OlaDigital is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the free content. Our liability for a paid service is limited to what you paid for it in the last 12 months, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and, if the change affects an active subscription, we will email you at least 15 days in advance. You can stop using the site or cancel your subscription at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the Valparaíso Region, without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to the court of their domicile or to SERNAC.
