OlaDigital ("OlaDigital", "we"), a digital studio based in Concón, Valparaíso Region, Chile, is responsible for the personal data collected on oladigital.cl and through the social media integrations it uses to publish its own content. This policy explains what data we process and how. Contact: hola@oladigital.cl.
1. What data we process
- Contact form and WhatsApp button: name, email, phone and the message you write. Only if you send them.
- AI Cookbook: guided-mode progress (your answers to a recipe's questions) is stored only in your browser (local storage). It never reaches our servers.
- Master Cookbook (subscription): the MCP access key and the payment data processed by the payment provider you choose. We do not store card data.
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and LinkedIn integrations: when OlaDigital connects its own accounts, we store those accounts' access token and ID to publish our content. If you comment, mention us or message us on Instagram or WhatsApp, we receive your username or number and the message text so we can reply.
- Technical server logs (IP address, date and requested page) for security and operations, kept for up to 30 days.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools on oladigital.cl.
2. Why we use them
- To answer your inquiries and quote requests.
- To provide the services you hire (subscription, consulting, projects).
- To publish and manage content on OlaDigital's social media accounts, and to reply to comments and messages.
- To keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
3. Who we share them with
Only with the providers needed to operate: the server hosting the site (Contabo, Germany), GitHub (content repository), Telegram (internal notices of contacts and messages), Cloudflare (DNS) and the social platforms where we publish (Meta and LinkedIn), each under its own policies. Some of these providers are outside Chile. We may also disclose data if a competent authority requires it by law.
4. How long we keep them
Contact data, for as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 2 years afterwards if there is no contract. Customer data, as long as Chilean tax law requires. Social media tokens, until we disconnect the account or you request deletion. Technical logs, 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, under Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life and, once in force, Law No. 21,719. Email us at hola@oladigital.cl. We reply within 15 business days at most.
To delete data we received through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, follow the data deletion instructions.
6. Security
The site runs over HTTPS only. Keys and tokens are stored on the server with restricted access, never in code or public pages. No system is infallible: if we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.
7. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
